Absolutely loving the game so far! I have a question though, do the bug enemies with ‘melee’ on their profile begin in melee range? Seems harsh when they always do simultaneous melee damage

Answer to Terry’s question — “No all enemies, start at long range. In the case of enemies with only melee abilities, during their phase, they will use their impulse to move through space at short range, in the next turn they will enter in the space of the marines and begin melee”.
I’m glad you like the system, I wasn’t sure how the gaming community could welcome this new system of a solo without dice. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the response, that makes much more sense! I love the code system for exploration etc. Makes the game massively replayable. I can’t wait for expansions!
