Born in 1970, he made his debut in the world of fencing in 1989 when he joined one of Taiwan pioneering and historic fencing clubs, Hwa Kang Fencing Club of Chinese Culture University. During the same period, he completed his Bachelor's degree in textile engineering. Later, he earned the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing from Cleveland State University (U.S.A.) in 1997.
With passionate entrepreneurship, he established his own company, Global E Textile Service Co., Ltd. (GETS), in 2000 to introduce Taiwan functional fabrics worldwide and explore the global exporting and importing business. By that time, the sales territories had reached more than 20 countries. In 2007, the company formed a joint venture with Chi Hsin Weaving Factory Co., Ltd., leading the export sales team to showcase the true strength of Taiwan textile industry capabilities globally.
Besides his expertise in textiles and global marketing, Fencing has always been unforgettable for him! Since 2007, he has been coaching fencing at five elementary schools in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Gradually, he founded the MINROS FENCING CLUB in 2012, a name derived from his and his wife Roselene Yeh's initials, who he met at the Hwa Kang Fencing Club in 1989. In 2019, he received Taiwan's top-grade coaching certificate, the "ROC National Sport Coach Grade A in Fencing."
